PCB Carolina's On-site Soldering Workshop

Educate yourself while you're here!

Once again we are offering an extended Hands-On Soldering Workshop in accordance with IPC  J-STD-001 and IPC-610.

Learn From the Experts at Circuit Technology Training

There will be a two workshops (same content in each), with limited seating. 

Choose the one that best fits your schedule.

Morning Workshop Session 9:30 - 12:00

Afternoon Workshop Session 2:00 - 4:30

3 Modules

In each workshop, there will be 3 Modules:

Module 1 Basics of soldering covers solder, flux, solder pastes, reflow temperatures, rheology, component ID, ESD, MSL, solder tip care and familiarization with J-STD-001.

Module 2 SMT / TH soldering and Assembly covers surface mount and through hole soldering.

Module 3 Inspection covers inspection to class 1, class 2, class 3 and familiarization to IPC-610 acceptability of electronic assemblies.

Seating Capacity and Cost

There are 12 seats for the morning and 12 seats for the afternoon.


Cost is under $300 and you pay during registration.
